½ cup vanilla protein powder

¼ cup almond flour

¼ cup maple syrup

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ cup creamy peanut butter

1 pinch kosher salt

1 tsp fine sea salt

0 In a medium mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, protein powder, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir to combine until the mixture is smooth and homogenous. 1 Fold in the chocolate chips with a flexible spatula. 2 Use a small 1-tablespoon cookie scoop and form about 20 balls.
