Protein Chocolate Mug Muffin

What you need

1 fl oz olive oil cooking spray
1 cup plain greek yogurt

1 tbsp powdered peanut butter

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup chocolate protein powder

1 tbsp milk chocolate chips

⅓ cup milk

½ tsp baking powder

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa

½ tsp granulated sugar

1 tbsp chocolate pudding mix

1 pinch fine sea salt
Instructions
0 In a small bowl, combine the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, peanut butter powder, pudding mix, baking powder, granulated sugar, and flaky salt. Add the milk (or coffee) and vanilla and stir to combine. 1 Spray a microwave-safe mug with cooking spray (the muffin will rise and then deflate, so use at least a 16-ounce one!). Add half the batter, then sprinkle in half the chips. Pour in the remaining batter and top with the remaining chips. 2 Microwave at power level 7 until mostly cooked through but still a little gooey, 1 to 1½ minutes. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
